got carried away when I saw a water-drawing/ glow tutorial XD
yep, Serca's specie contains traces of elf blood, hence the ears. His wolf ears/tail are simply 'permanent/solid' illusions, that are more like a part of him than mere illusions now.

and like moon letters (//shot for LoTR reference) his body tattoos can only be seen during certain moons.
His eyes and personality also change, taking on a more evil, incubus-ish and rougher aura. But he strives to remain the way he is during this time, even if it causes him a lot of pain, so expect a bit of mood swings~

He reaches the secluded glade, the full moon shinning above. He stumbles as pain sears his whole body like knives as his tattoos manifest. His body changing back and forth into his wolf and human form. Serca pushes himself into the pool, submerging his whole body, the cool water numbing the pain a bit. But soon his air supply runs out and he has to breath. He struggles not to, knowing the feral side would win if he did. He loses consciousness...

The other Serca awakens and rises to the surface, water running down his sides. His eyes flash red. Waiting.

The glade fills with mysterious, ghostly versions of granted wishes, luring passers-by in.}
